You've probably noticed some pretty major changes to the site, assuming you vist as regularly as you should. Aside from shifting the information from information about the fictional Eden Park (and changing the tone of the news forum itself), the folks here at Eden Park Tales are hard at work bringing quality, modern fantasy comic books to the masses. And while those masses are currently relatively limited to our nearest and dearest, Jay Mooers and Kristi McDowell are expanding at an exciting rate.
This Saturday, 24 August 2013, Jay and Kristi will be appearing at ComiConn in Trumbull, CT, where they will be premiering book #3 of Autumn Grey and the teaser to A Planet's Cry, the first installment of which will be released in November. Stay tuned to this space for more details of that and other projects coming out of Eden Park Tales.
After ComiConn, Eden Park Tales will have a table set up at Haverhill, MA's River Ruckus. This event is free to the public so come on down to say hello and get some fantastic books. After that, Eden Park Tales will be at Rhode Island Comic Con and Super MegaFest in Framingham, MA in November.
Finally, take a look at the Store page on the site to order physical copies of Autumn Grey and Illweed. We also have t-shirts! These will also be available at any event that Eden Park Tales has tables at, but if you want to beat the crowd, you can always order them online.
See you soon!

Comicpalooza is just around the corner, folks. Are you ready? I know we at Eden Park are! Friend of the site Jay Mooers will be there showcasing Autumn Grey, a graphic novel that takes place in our park! You don't want to miss it. He will have the first two issues available for purchase (I'll bet if you ask him very nicely, he'll even sign them for you) as well as copies of his children's fantasy story, Illweed. No mention of Eden Park there but we won't hold that against him.
More exciting news for Autumn Grey fans: you can now purchase t-shirts featuring your favorite characters from the comic! We're in the works of putting up a functional web store here on the site but, for the time being, shirts (and buttons) will be sold exclusively at both Comicpalooza events in June and July.
Speaking of Comicpalooza, Jay Mooers has ANOTHER event planned for the summer! He has secured a table at ComiConn in Trumbull, CT on August 24. That's right, you have three opportunities to meet the idea man this summer. How lucky are we? Stay tuned to this page or check out Autumn Grey's https://www.facebook.com/autumngreybook" target="_blank">Facebook page for more details. In fact, while you're there, like Autumn Grey on Facebook! You won't regret it.
Summer is a great time to enjoy the natural beauty of Eden Park and read some great comics. I hope to see you around.
Ever yours,
Your Park Manager

Hello park patrons and guests,
We here at Eden Park would like to announce that Autumn Grey, the graphic novel of friend of the site Jay Mooers, is on the road. Seen recently at Larry's Wonderful World of Comics, the artist and writer of the series kicked off the summer a little early and set up shop just feet away from comic legend Herb Trimpe!
It was a wild success, with Jay selling out of his entire inventory by the end of the day. Congratulations, Jay! We're so proud of you!
Looking good, buddy!
Missed your chance to meet the man behind the park? Behind the magic? Don't worry, you'll have at least two more opportunities this summer. On Sunday, June 16 and July 21, Jay will have a table set up at Comicpalooza in Arlington, MA from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Mark your calendars, Autumn Grey fans. Jay will have copies of issues 1 &2, as well as copies of his children's book Illweed to sign, t-shirts, and original prints to sell.
We'll be there, too!
That's right, rangers from Eden Park will be on site at Comicpalooza on both dates. Come by the Autumn Grey table to meet the friendly faces of your favorite park. Get a button! We're really looking forward to meeting you.
As always, thank you for keeping the park as clean as you found it.
Your Park Manager,
David Granger

It's that time of year again.
Children are back in school. Vacations are over, and Eden park is being cleaned.
The "Stay Green" project goes into effect this week. Volunteers will be relining the pathways with new patio block and cleaning the vandalism that occured this year in the playground.
As a community, we need to show everyone that Eden Park is a special place. Most of us have many childhood memories of the park, from playground to fishing at the lake.
Do your part to keep Eden Park prestine for future generations. Join our volunteer work force monday through friday, September 10th through 17th. 9am to 3pm. Sign up and free refreshments will be available at the North Gate offices. Any time you can put in will help our park.
Thank you,
David Granger.
Greetings from your Park Manager.

Dear park attendants and contributors,
New renovations to the park are underway, I am pleased to announce.
New parking lots have been created at the North Gate to allow for many more visitors. The lot size had increased from 12 to 35 spots in order to keep cars from parking on both sides of Main Street allowing our local businesses on street parking. Special thanks go out to our mayor Roger Granger and the treasury for their assistance. Contrary to popular rumors, parking will remain free from dawn until dusk.
The park has also been equipped with new (and working) lamposts on Eden walk and the playground to allow safer walking in the evening hours. Local police will patrol the trail more frequently. If there is any suspicious behavior please contact the local authorities or G. Green Company directly. It is all of our responsibility to keep our park safe for all our children and everyone.
Plans have just come to my desk on a new playground. We will hopefully be breaking soil next fall on the new renovations that include a suspended bridge, five different slides, a merry-go-round, swing sets, and a new jungle gymn. Also included are plans to build a stage at the far end of the picnic field. This stage will be equiped with power to highlight local bands through the summer. I know I am as excited as you for this update.
Last and not least, I am pleased to announce the website has been activated. Feel free to download our trail maps. Or send us stories about your experiences in our park. We will post them for all to enjoy! Enjoy everything Eden Park has to offer. Please no littering, clean up after your dogs, keep to the trails, and have a safe and fun day in our beautiful park.
Sincerely,
Your Park Manager,
David (G. Green Company)
